Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.
Some items may take longer than 3 working days. We will indicate in the item description where shipping takes longer than this.
We will send your orders either via Royal Mail or other 48 hours courier service.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery is FREE on all orders.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery in some circumstances.
Returns
We truly hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you changed your mind and would like to return your item, we would be happy to issue a refund if the following conditions are met:
- (1) Notify us of the return within 14 days of delivery.
- (2) Return the item to us within another 14 days.
- (2) The item must be in undamaged condition and in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package.
Please always return the item(s) to us via a tracked and insured delivery method as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost or gets damaged in transit.
Refunds
Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we are unable to pay for the return postage on the returned item(s) unless the item(s) arrived to you damaged or faulty.
We will also deduct a restocking fee as follow:
a) £2.99 for items under £15
b) £4.50 for items between £15.01-£45 and
c)£6.50 for items over £45
Damaged items
We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
However, if you do receive a damaged item, we ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Please note that we are unable to process the refund for damaged items if it is being reported after 24 hours.
As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address as per your original order.

Packaging
We aim to use environmentally friendly, recycled, and recyclable packaging and we reuse all our delivery boxes.
This means that our packaging may not always look attractive on the outside, but rest assured it will give your items the highest protection while doing our bit for the environment.
